This is the wrap around bench under one of the LARGE windows that will serve as indoor/outdoor seating areas. The two columns will serve as a unique seating area as well.
This is the future order counter/ bar area and the kitchen will be off to the left.
We had originally wanted exposed beams for our ceiling treatment...unfortunately, we wont be able to continue in that direction... but, im sure the final choice will be just as beautiful. Stay tuned!

Vietnamese cafe in NOLA
Gindesigns was hired to help concept and execute the design for a new Vietnamese cafe in NOLA on Magazine St. We came up with a fresh new concept for the space and decided to pay homage to the city of New Orleans and it's French roots, which the Vietnamese share, and named it "Magasin", the French word for store.
This was the existing building on Magazine and Milan. Construction is underway!! Continue to follow us throughout this amazing transformation process under the energetic leadership of the head contractor Joe (Duong) Nguyen.
